THERAPEUTIC YOGA

Specially developed to aid rehabilitation, this class combines accessible postures and movement with stretching and relaxation. At its heart is breathing to stimulate the flow of healing energy and promote ease and relaxation.

MOVE TO RESTORE

A class of movement synchronised with breathing to stimulate and boost the vital energy, ease tension and cultivate a relaxed focus. With practice you will develop a balance of inner and outer poise and strength and live more attuned to the natural flow.

In a typical class you will: Ease away tension with breathing and slow Qigong movement. Cultivate strength and stability in Hatha postures and flow sequences. Let go with deep stretching while you breathe to cultivate relaxed focus. And finally rest and restore your body and mind in deep relaxation.
