Pre Natal Exercise

Pre -natal Pilates for pregnancy enhances flexibility, supports, well-being and promotes a healthy active lifestyle for expecting mothers. Using a large fitness ball you will be guided safely and ensure an effective approach to reducing discomfort and maintaining activity level.

Our Pre-Natal Pilates class is on a Wednesday at 6:30pm with Monika.

Please bring your own large gym ball (available via Physique Gym Ball)
