Sarah Faulkner is our integrative therapeutic counsellor working with a holistic approach incorporating Transactional Analysis, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Person Centred and Gestalt. She works creatively targeting outdated beliefs that no longer serve you and can also incorporate Transformational Coaching into her work where required.

The subconscious mind is fascinating as it is the real catalyst for change in our lives. It is here we can update & reprogramme outdated beliefs that no longer serve us by using mindfulness and meditation for those who are interested in this.

Appointments are available for individuals and couples and are 50 minutes in duration. Sessions can be in person at the studio or online if you feel more comfortable.
